LOL! Love these cute pics of Heidi brushing her teeth! I've used some Prima's "Ruby Violet" collection here, available from Scrapbookit. It's so cute and pretty!

I stuck very close the sketch and just added stuff to it (like you do!). It's a fab sketch to work with! :)

Some Spotty Dotty buttons with doilies underneath (cut to size).
A couple of Felt Banner Flags and Doily Trim... all from Purple Pumpkin!
