Exciting News to Share!!


Hello there!

Well some of you may remember a while back (quite a while back in fact) that I mentioned on my blog that I had an exciting opportunity with a scrapbooking magazine.

Well, I can finally announce that I am a new Designer for the magazine Australian Scrapbook Ideas!  If you haven't checked out this magazine before, it's well worth a look!  I received my complimentary copy in the mail today and it comes packaged with an awesome gift - this issue includes a 6" x 6" paper pad of Maya Road's "Life's Journey" collection... a whopping 36 sheets of 6 different designs!!!  How awesome is that?!  I really love these smaller paper pads because of the reduced designs... yay!  Every issue has a fab free gift and inside this mag the Maya Road Design Team shares their wonderful creations using these free papers!

So the issue is no. 18 and it looks something like this...

This layout is featured in the contents section (page 5).  As well as inside my four page article on "Graphic Appeal"...


It's called "A Romantic Getaway".  

 And now here's a tiny peek at my first layout for the article...


This layout is features lots of Flourish With A Bling products (as well as "Romantic Getaway")...


I love my Tiger Island layout which is featured at the top of this post.  This layout is the final layout in my article and it also features on page 6 for the "Get In Touch" section.  This layout features loads of 2Crafty chipboard (as well as the above layout, "Meeting Robbie").


And there's me - in the Designer Hall of Fame. :)  I'm on the right, second from the bottom.

I've also got another layout which you may of previously seen on my blog (unlike these ones) called "Scooby Doo was just a bit 2 Spooky for U".  This one is in the Designer Gallery - Happy Holidays, page 37.

So all up this magazine is 98 pages full of inspiration!  And lots of different styles are covered too, which is great!
